Ep. #46 How Goal Five is Putting Women Athletes First and Creating Sportswear for Her, ft. Ann Kletz
In Ep. #46, Caroline interviews Ann Kletz - the Co-CEO & Co-Founder at Goal Five - to hear the story behind the sportswear brand's work to create performance apparel for women, by women.
Inspired by United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 5 - “Achieve equality and empower all women and girls” - Ann and her team at Goal Five set out to put women athletes first and create a sportswear brand for women, by women.
For the longest time, performance apparel has been made with only men in mind.
Goal Five believes that all girls, regardless of race and socio-economic status, should have the opportunity to play sports, because when girls play and compete, they become strong, confident leaders on and off the field.
So they are on a mission to create performance apparel that empowers women both on and off the field.
In this episode, hear Ann tell the whole story behind the creation of Goal Five, and how she and her team are putting women first and creating sportswear for her.
