A new report from Deloitte came out that predicts that for the first time in history, women’s professional sports will generate over $1 billion in global revenue.

The growth of women’s sports is happening quickly: per Deloitte, the industry saw $695 million in revenue in 2022, $981 million in 2023, and now is projected to see $1.28 billion in global revenue in 2024.
